I was charged late charges on an account with Citibank. The bill I got with the late charges on it, was the first bill I have ever got.

I called Citibank and they stated they had sent a bill with the original charges the month before. But, never got a statement with the charges the month before.

This happened before with Citibank and never with anyone else. Which leads me to believe its just a way Citibank has to legally rip off its customers.
