If you are considering a commercial real estate mortgage with Citibank, don't do it! The charge ridiculous pre-payment fees. They make the fees impossible to calculate on your own; even they have to have their loan department figure it out over a couple of days.
I have a loan with them with about 34 months remaining and the penalty would be about 88% of the total interest I would pay if I just kept on the regular payment schedule. When that loan is paid off, I'm gone!
