For anyone dealing with Citigroup and/or Citifinancial Mortgage and has a problem that you cannot resolve with their customer service staff I have a couple of phone numbers for you. We know how hard it is to get past aCustomer Service Agent to get anything resolved. We spent approx. 6-8 weeks trying to get some other number to call to speak with a REAL representaive from Citigroup and Cititrust Bank.
Please read our report. We categorized our report under finance and we should have categorized under mortgage instead (I think). Citifinancial Mortgage, inc, Citifinancial, Cititgroup.
