Citifinancial Retail Services - Rockaway Bedding ripoff, paying for THEIR MISTAKE, proof overwhelming Englwood Cliffs New Jersey

This starts in 3/2004. Paid over the phone on the due date. Received confirmation. Next statement has bounced check fees. Before I checked with the bank, paid the amount again with bounced check fees, to avoid any finance charges. They start billing me for finance charges on the bounced check fees that I already paid.

Checked with my bank, money there, they never submitted it for payment. Has gone to 2 collection agencies and $20 has turned into $300. Complained to all credit agency and answered back I owe the money and dispute closed. Wrote to the Fed. Trade Comm. "The commisssion cannot resolve individual complaints"

New collection agency sent ltr. and I called them, faxed them proof and they just say " just pay it before it goes to litigation." I told them... bring it on. I'm 100% correct, but big business will screw you everytime.
