Citifinancial put themselves on my credit report and will not get off. This is an account I never requested. Ripoff! Jackson Mississippi

Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
In acquiring my credit report, Ciifinancial shows an account that I never requested. When I tried to contact them they said I had to contact the person that opened the account. I did not open this account so why won't they take this off? This company gives you a hugh run around.

You don't need a credit doctor or attorney to have the tradeline removed. File a fraud report with the credit bureau and complete the affadavidt with Citifinancial. It sounds like someone forged your name and provided fake id. Its rare but happens. There are alot of dishonest people out there. It really isn't necessary to blame the misinformed creditor because of dishonest people. Haven't you seen that great commerical Citibank has with consumer victims of credit fraud. It's great marketing I must say. Just so you know Citifinancial does care about you and your credit otherwise I wouldnt have taken the time on my weekend to respond to something when I am not getting paid. Best Wishes.

Hello, I read your rip off report and I am shocked of what they did. I am only trying to help with this so please consider it. If you want to get it removed try calling Lexington Law Firm they are good at getting negative items removed of you credit report. Just call them and talk to them and see what they say. There number is
