citizens tri county bank of jasper tennessee is nothing but a predator, after buying my home, i couldnt get homeowners insurance due to the homes electrical and water codes, and after HAVING to borrow more to do the work, they gave the crew they refered $15,000.00 without my consent or knowledge, even though the crew walked off the job, leaving my home unfinished, now i find im in a flood zone and have been for years, bank refuses to do anything, i just bought this house last year, and another piece of property for business reasons, it to was not up to code and in flood zone , now im out of $180,000.00 in property and loans, but this bank knew all this and did not diclose anything,

there are several law suits pending agaisnt this bank already, this my business has shut down due to the flooding and now im out of work, lost business property and now maybe my home, due to loan flipping, bait and switch, doctored loan agreements, wrongful disbursment of funds, coersion , just plain lieing about everything, the whole deal was based on both properties equity, not my ability to pay, never asked for proof of income, and no down payment, what i thought to be a blessing, turned into pure hell, this bank has so many illegal practices, home improvement loans are fast becoming one way for these banks to capitalize on the lower income and disabled families, approving the loan without consideration of that persons abilty to pay, then taking the home through foreclosure when in default.

another is approval of a home or multiple loans (home and business), to unsuspecting first time homebuyers and first time business owners with no income verification and extremely low credit scores, where the properties have significant equity, this is called equity stripping, and loan flipping...(where borrowers are forced or coaxed into increasing the loan amount and paying more fees ) which increases the payment also. and one more... a loan officer, offers what appears to be a new loan as "bait" to get the customer to "switch" to refinancing an existing loan at added costs. or lies completely , where the customer is to believe that the loan is actually a sperate loan, but adds it to the existing mortgage with a higher payment, (loan doctoring).

and when documents are doctored and families are misled, and their homes taken from them, then thrown to the streets , who protects them against the financial tyranny of the banks. the government? , an attorney? only the very few who can afford it, but those who cant, what happens to them? they are victims once again.
