Refuses to refund full amount paid for a transmission rebuild even though no work was performed. I have the invoice that my husband signed off on at their office that no work was performed. We were required to prepay $2378.15 and after calling almost daily for 3 weeks, they finally said they couldn't get the parts. He claimed he put a refund through on 6/23/14 but obviously lied. He put a refund through finally on 7/3/14 but voided it after the receipt was sent via email to me. This guy is such a joke. He is a scammer and thief.

The truth is that SunTrust issued a refund because they saw no work was performed and you were keeping the money without cause. You did nothing to ensure that we got our money. Your "business" should be shut down for fraud.

City Garage After paying $700 dollars, they incompetently installed a defective used part in our car that had to be replaced. They never told us about the used part before they installed it, but after it was installed they knew it was defective. That part made the car inoperable. City Garage The three mechanics names were not mentioned, cashier name Megan Metheny Charged $300.00 more for valve cover gasket replacement, then added $67.00 for spark plug wires, which I didn't need. I was called and told I needed spark plugs replaced which I didn't need. Also other services were brought up which was not needed. The previous group that worked there last year were not this bad. I will not be returning to this facility again and others should be warned about services needed where the customer cannot see the actual problem. I am mechanical minded and eventualliy found out what these guys are doing. Garland Texas
