City of Los Angeles Parking Violations Bureau - Issued Bogus duplicate parking ticket City of Los Angeles, California

I am writing to explain how this citation issued 10/25/2010 is not valid.  I was only issued one parking ticket on 10/25/10 at the same time at the same parking spot.  I paid that citation via check the very next day. 

They did not process the check properly and mailed me a letter stating that I had never paid.  I sent in a copy of the check that had been processed and deposited.  After another letter of explanation it was cleared up and the balance is $0.00.

Now they fabricated another ticket out of thin air, and now to make it worse they say it is late.

These guys need to be stopped.

This is clear Abuse of governemnt power to help stop-gap their fiscal mess at the City of Los Angeles being passed on the backs of the middle class again.
