City of Los Angeles Parking Violations Bureau Fraudulent Ticket Los Angeles California

ON 2/13/18 I was dropping off a passenger in a loading area that was indicated with yellow paint. California state law says that I am allowed to wait for 5 minutes. While waiting, Agent Lee, #002829, drove beside my vehicle and told me that I have to move. While putting on my seat belt and preparing to leave, Lee, pulls behind my vehicle blocking my view of traffic behind me and just waits. I motioned her to move in order to allow me to leave but she remained behind my vehicle. I gradually moved out of the loading zone and she still issued a false citation which is a felony. This whole incident lasted no more than 30 seconds at best for her to inform me, pull behind my vehicle and issue the ticket.

This is gross misconduct of the city of los angeles parking enforcement and it needs to be addressed immediately. It is an abuse of power and this person should never be allowed to work for the city again. It is unlawful for a parking officer to issue false citations.
