City of San Diego, CA. City Treasurer Extortion, Fraud, Corruption Inglewood California

  I received a parking ticket in San Diego for not turning my front wheels in the direction of the curb on a slight downhill grade.  I drive a Nissan X-Terra and had the transmission in park and the emergency brake on.  It would have taken an act of God to move the vehicle even one inch.  Despite my effort to park correctly, I still got a ticket for $59.50.  I write this report to expose the extortion, fraud, and corruption that is rampant in not only the city of San Diego, but the entire state.  The excessive issuing of parking violations is a testament to the avaricious and profligate nature of the city and state.  The money that the city and state receives via unwarranted taxes and traffic violations goes to feeding the insatiable appetite for greed.  The money is absorbed via over paid city workers, extravagant pensions, welfare, unwarranted government programs, etc……… 

Now to put a cherry on top of all of this, the State of CA was ranked number 50 for the worst run state, 50 being the worst.
