City Of Warren Police Department Officer bullied then lied saying it was illegal to carry pepper spray and he could arrest me for it Warren Michigan

On April 25, 2015, I went to a clinic to have my animals received a microchip.  I was shocked to find this place was a very dirty mechanics garage and unorganized.  I even more shocked that they were handling hundreds of animlas all day long without any place to wash their hands or any hand sanitizer.  Then they tried to play with my animals through their kennel without asking me permission first.  I stopped them and for that they rudely told me to get out, threatened and assaulted me.  I went to speak with the officers outside and one officer said he could arrest me immediately just for carrying pepper spray.  He said it was legal to sell it, but it's not legal to carry it on your person in public.  I apologized and said I didn't know.  When I got home, I looked online to find out he was wrong.  peppersprayplus.com/michiganpepperspray.html .   What I had was legal and he should have known that.  He just didn't want to take my complaint.  This officer would rather bully and intimadate than to do his job properly.  When I called the station, they said I would have to come in to make the complaint.  I don't trust these guys as far as I can throw them now, so I will not go in there wihout a lawyer.  People, do NOT be surprised if this officer is found in a police misconduct or brutality case.  He has a serious chip on his shoulder.  He yelled down at me and when I raised my voice to defend my position, he jumped out of his car to bully me around and tell me how I should talk with an officer.  If this officer has charges or ever has charges against him from another complainant, I would be happy to be called in as a witness against him so I could describe his RUDE demeanor.
