CK & Associates hires mainly college graduates and gives them the illusion that 1 there is a base salary and 2 you will make a lot of money. i was told over the phone and in my interviews that salary was a part of the pay and it was a lie. The hours are 7:45-6:30 M-F and you are expected to work on SAT if you dont meet their goals. You will also hear them talk about making our breakeven point. Who wants to work their #$% off to break even.

You will also hear about the road to management. I spent months working for this fraud of a company and never even came close. Neither did a guy who worked there for over a year. See to get to management you need about 10 people on your team. After a year, he had 3. The "president" of the company lives with this guy so they can share expenses becuase there is no money. She also lives in an apartment that looks like a run down motel with dirt and oil stains on the carpet. Please tell me why I am just out of college with a BA degree and she is 28 with a masters degree and my stuff is way nicer than her stuff. She makes me look like donald trump. This is all to point out the fact that there is no money involved. Apparently not even for management.

They also 2 hours every morning with these power meetings which are held basically to motivate you not to quit. They talk about your dreams and aspirations when they do not care. This is a blood sucking company that is out to get everything they can from you until you wake up and realize that is BS. please dont let yourself be fooled. THIS IS A SCAM AND THE PRESIDENT IS A PATHOLGICAL LIAR. A SNAKE.

the average paycheck for those hired is about 200 a week. i cant live on that. whats worse is that they hire people with families. They dont care who they destroy as long as they keep their job.

I have never seen anything this close to a cult before and i hope i never do again.
