These pieces of s**t cut my phone service 1 day after my payment wasn't recieved by them. I mailed the payment 6 business days before the due date.

I tried forever to reach someone to talk too. All you ever get is a recording of the most annoying a*****e you have ever heard asking for your phone number so he can give your account balance that is due.

I paid by credit card to get my service so I could call people.
The amount was differant than the one quoted by the recording a*****e, $97.88 was my bill I sent in.
They wanted $112.88 on the phone payment plan. They claimed they NEVER got my payment by mail, Dec 9th 2002 the check cleared the bank.

I never got my other payment credited or sent to me.How Do I get ahold of these asswipe son of a bitches anyway????
