This Company www.clleads.com which a guy by the name Dave Moor. (not Moore).  He will charge you $80 a month for 5 posts on either craigslist, backpage, and other sites. He only accepts payment via paypal because he know paypal does not get involved in investigations or charge backs when there is not a physical item. So services are considered virtual and paypal will not do anything in a case like this.

So this guy will have you pay him, and you will not hear from him again. There is no contact information for him anywhere. Paypal will only give you his phone number if there is an actual lawsuit involved. His domain name is registered with proxydomains which will hide any information regarding to him.

I say save yourself some money and a headache and look for another posting service.
