clair skin revive eye they took 168 out of my account for what...I don't have their product Internet

first off I called the company expecting a nicer reception than i got, i have to admit i was mad seeing 168.-- gone from my account when I had another bill to pay and the money was gone.  I was very vry very very mad I hollered at the sales rep

But her attitude was horrible and yes I talked over them only because they told me I was the one that ordered these

products...but who takes that much money off someones card for products? nobody could give me an answer.  nobody could give me the payment department...who doesn't have a pay roll department

I just want a full refund
