Would you be willing to sell just the PVC Carrier holder? I was in an auto accident yesterday, and the only thing that broken was the PVC carrier for the basket. Thank the Lord that my two little maltipoos were strapped in and secure!! All of us came out of the accident without being hurt.The basket was not damaged at all. I am glad your product held up so well and was safe enough for my little ones. Thank goodness they are still with me.

Read my ebay feedback and read the comments from other dog owners in my ebay ad.

I make a excellent product and it works well for dogs as well as dog owners. The lady that filed the report was difficult to work with from the beginning as you can see from the notes I kept in my database. You can not please everyone. Two complaints out of 725 is not a bad track record.
To this day her comments bother me. If I bought something from a vendor I would be expected to return the item--no one gets to complain--keep the item and get a refund on top of it.
Mailing an oversize box that is 12x24x24 is expensive in our postal system--it cost what it costs-I gave her all this information upfront and the dimensions etc---and not to be redundent all this information was in my ebay ad--all you have to do is read the ad. I am not out to cheat anyone-I just want to provide a safe dog car seat for small dog owners and I think I have done that.
My two dogs Zoe and Zack have been using thier Zoe dog car seats for over 6 years. Business has slowed down now in 2009 because of the economy and shipping has even become more expensive.
My customers are my best source of feedback--read the comments in my ebay ad which I have copied and pasted over the years. I will bet you that this lady that complained is using
her Zoe dog car seat to this day---dont know for sure but I bet she is.

It was not our fault it did not fit her car. She was told the dimensions of the Car seat upfront according to my database notes.

that is an expensive gift..I have waited a year to buy a seat for my girls as I could not afford one,now I have none to use to go away with...sorry about your policy! I should have listened to others who have yokries and bought one from elsewhere they recommended...thanks anyway! Guess, next time I purchase off ebay as this was my first time I will READ the fine print!

NO. I am sorry it can not be returned if it does not fit your car. If you have headrest in your car like the photos show then you should have no problem. If it does not fit your car then I recommend that you give it to friend with a small dog whose car it will fit. I give all the dimensions in my Ebay ad and show lots of pictures and answer numerous questions. When you do get your Zoe dog Car Seat and it does fit I recommend you add a baby blanket for your small doggie to make them even more comfortable. 12/30/05- I just came across this Revenge Report and according to my computer records on Joy and Edith Zoe Dog Car Seat Ebay #2397232232/ Zoe Dog Car Seat Customer #336 Lavender Pinstripes sold on 4/28/04 for $49.95. We have now sold 585(249 more) Zoe Dog Car seats on Ebay with a most excellent track record--read the feedback for yourself.

According to my notes in the computer from 4/28/04 the real reason she was actually upset was because the Zoe Dog Car Seat did not fit her tiny Ford Focus after I sent her all the dimensions (which are also listed in the Ebay ad). We sent numerous emails back and forth previous to her purchase and I answered all her questions and gave her all the information she required.

I told her upfront that IF the Zoe Dog Carseat was too big for her Car I would not refund her money before I sent her a Zoe Dog Car Seat. I have all the emails to prove it in our database. She wanted a carseat so bad she bought it anyway and now she is one out of 585 who is unhappy and is seeking REVENGE on this website I just found over a year later.
