Clarity Services Inc UNAUTHORIZED CREDIT INQUIRY ON MY EXPERIAN REPORT clearwater Florida

The company obtained my credit report through experian without my authorization. I called the company and spoke to Sarah to let her know this pull was unauthorized by me, she said they don't have any information about me even my social in their file, although my experian shows Clarity Services Inc pulling my credit on Sept 2016, she said there is nothing they can do to remove it, she said they have a relationship with experian and probably experian made a mistake and to call them. I then ask her to talk to experian since she said they have a relationship with them it will be easier for them to let them know this inquiry was not authorized and the credit inquiry is damaging my credit rating. she then had her boss call me just to let me know that there is nothing they can do to delete this inquiry. in other words, i'm screwed and I'm on my own on this one.
