This woman (Megan Baxter Clark) is claiming to sell CKC registered pugs but neither the Canadian Kennel Club nor the Continental Kennel Club has ever heard of her. (The Continental Kennel Club does not even register Canadian dogs.) You will pay money for nothing and then get a round of sob stories when crunch time comes.
Google her and you will see that she has a long history of ripping people off and flying just low enough to avoid prosecution for fraud. There is even another report on this site!!! If you have a story, tell it here and maybe her past will catch up with her. Also check with the Better Business Bureau, where there are several complaints against her. If she has sold you a pup and hasn't sent the papers you can also contact the Canadian Kennel Club, since they are putting together a complaint against her based on my report. Such behavior is fraud under Canada's Animal Pedigree Act. Also, if she used interac e-mail to rip you off, contact the bank. It all adds up.
She also operates out of Sault Ste Marie Michigan and Sault Ste Marie Ontario. There are also other reports of her fraudulently collecting money for rooms for rent on the internet.

Angel will be the pug Megan will be parting with. She is not a retired show dog. Not even close to house trained and been in a kennel, she thrives for attention and a lovely girl with a wicked scar up her back. 9 yrs old has potential to be a lovely pet. Angel needs a lot of dental work. Please someone go get Angel from Megan.
If u bought a puppy from Megan in the past 2 months we also need your help. Sugs and Angel were bred by champion pugs. Megan than told the owner of the Sires that the pups were not born... This woman has put a lot of time, energy and money into producing her lovely dogs and Megan is using her
Megan was pre paid for these puppies $1800-$2250.00 in addition to collecting deposits. Megan has told the people that there were no puppies born from Sugs or Angel. Megan placed many ads about these puppies on Ontario sites. We are here in Alberta and can't prove the puppies were born.
