Class Insurance AIC, LLC Chris - Agent Class Insurance AIC, LLC - SHAME ON YOUR FOR GIVING INSURANCE TO RIPOFF COMPANIES - AUTO TRANSPORT CARRIERS! Vancouver WA

Class Insurance AIC, LLC will insure any truck driver no matter what their rating, no matter how many complaints have been brought to their attention and they do not care if that trucking company will hurt consumers.  It is a scam to give truck insurance to an auto transport carrier who works from a PO Box and not a physical address.  How can a consumer serve a company that damages their car when they only use a Post Office Box?  That is illegal right?  How do they get a DOT license? 

One of their clients damaged a vehicle during transport.  Because their client did not provide the required bill of lading to the consumer upon pickup at POINT A (showing the condition of the vehicle at the time it was handed to the carrier), the vehicle owner had no way to start a proper claim that the carrier was responsible for the damage.  Class Insurance does not spot check their clients (their auto transport trucking company carrier clients).   No wonder the carrier never has any claims!  They are breaking the law. 

When an insurance company helps a carrier break the law and operate in a way that allows them to commit fraud against the consumers...  that insurance company should be considered a co-conspirator... a partner in crime.  Acting ignorant because your agency does not investigate who you insure in NO EXCUSE for your conduct. 

You are guilty.  

Acord insures many auto transport carriers in the United States.  Their policy is to never check the trucking company for financial strength or stabililty.  Acord allows anyone with a truck to have a $2500 deductible or even a $5,000 deductible.  Acord should be investigated by the Insurance Commissioner and Attorney General in every state. 

If these officials knew that Acord customers (low life trucking companies with no financial stability) have accidents every day in this country and never pay their deductibles... they would lose their license to operate.  These carriers run - disolve their business - start up a month later under a new name and simply get insurance from another office (perhaps ina different state). 

The consumer is screwed chasing after a disolved corporation (a one man trucking company that filed for Corporate Disolution when they have their first accident.   Carriers should be forced to have a $75,000 Bond.  A bond that would cover their deductible in the event of an accident.  In the event the carrier runs and hides from the damage they caused to a consumers vehicle.  

Shame on you Acord and Shame on you Class Insurance AIC, LLC for showing NO CLASS in the way you conduct business.   SHAME ON YOU CHRIS (AGENT) FOR WRITING ANY POLICY WITHOUT INVESTIGATING THROROUGHLY THE INTITY GIVEN THE POLICY WHEN THEY ARE NOT WORTHY OF SUCH A PRIVILEGE.
