Class One Air Fraud. Ottawa Ontario Canada

We have air cleaning systems at home and for the most part are quite pleased with them. However, we have placed (several times) and order to obtain new charcoal filters for our machines, which seems a simple enough task. Payment was made and processed on our Visa, on Nov 26, 2007 (we have the statement in hand). Despite some calls to them, the filters have not come. Yesterday (January 26, 2008), Clean Air called our home to see how things were going with our filtering sustems. We mentioned (again) that we had not yet received the filters that we had paid for. This seemed like news to them and they made all kinds of promises that the filters would be delivered to our home the next day, between 1 and 2 pm. Well, the delivery person called at approximately 12:45, wanting to confirm the address (which was in fact incorrect and stated that the address he had was for Smiths Falls (we live in Ottawa). He then stated that he would be at our home within 15-20 minutes. Well, no show! We called Class One Air, and yet gain, they seemed to have no clue as to what we were talking about, despite having pocketed our $99.99 for filters in November. They said the delivery person had been dispatched. THEY got upset as us because we were firmly expressing our displeasure! When we added that we would be calling the Better Business Bureau should the filters not appear within the next hour, someone in the background (male voice) stated "Ah, don't be like that", and the person on the phone (a female) mentionned that we shouldn't be yelling (which we weren't, but yes, we were firm) and hung up on me. We tried to reach the delivery man, but to no avail. We tried to contact Clean Air, but to no avail...and guess what, it is now 4:00 pm and no filters. Maybe they are still mining the charcoal?? This is nothing but FRAUD and will be reported as such to the Better Business Bureau. Clean Air has our money, we don't have the filters we paid for.
