If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is! I ordered the complete season of Third Watch from ClassicMediaDVD.com from the sponsored link section on Amazon.com. Since it was from Amazon, I felt I could trust the sight, what a mistake!
After waiting for over a month and countless e-mails to ClassicMedia, I finally got my discs. What a joke! What I got was 21 discs and only 7 worked. They were handmade, and bootlegged off the A&E television channel, the A&E logo was displayed in the lower right-hand side of the screen. The quality was terrible and very poorly made.
I immediately e-mailed the company and was given the opportunity to receive replacement discs.
I have been dealing unsuccessfully for weeks to get a refund. They offer a 30-day money back satisfaction guarantee on all their products. What a joke!To this date I have yet to have them honor this guarantee.
I have contacted my credit card company and filed a complaint. I have also contacted Amazon and they could care less, they couldn't be bothered. So you are on your own when dealing with this company!
Once again, if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.
