classicfilmstore.co.uk sales@timelessmovies.co.uk sold me dvds which were recorded from the television and it cost me 19-99 Internet

i hope this is what you are after.in march this year i bought the phil silvers show ( aka sgt bilko ) dvds for 19-99 from a person/company called classicfilmstore off the internet and i paid cash through paypal ( who can't help me as i did not buy the goods from ebay ).and when the dvds arrived i found out that they had been recorded from the television and as i was unhappy i emailed them and asked for my money back.( i should have said that the company i thought that sold them was called theclassicmoviestore ) as i said i sent a email to theclassicmoviestore and they did not reply and i asked ebay if they could help but like paypal they could not help me.so i contacted the local police here and asked them if they could take action.but because of the way that this person had wrote out the advert or what ever it is that you call it.it was not against the law and they said i should contact trading standards which i have and they are checking things out.i also contacted the local paper called the sunday post and they contacted theclassicmoviestore and on the 30th april 2010 i get a phone call from a guy called phil who is fed up of this company called classicfilmstore or timelessmovies and he told me that he has tried to get in touch with them as well but they will not reply as according to him he knows the name and address of filmstore/timelessmovies and will pass it on to the sunday post.and if you want to contact them it is.raw deal- the sunday post-albert square-dundee-dd1 9qj i hope this helps you.
