Clay Cooley Motor Comp Dishonest, Misleading, DOesnt care about customer. Dallas Texas

I recentley went to Clay cooley in Dallas this weekend, Becuase I have a 96 Honda that I knew was not going to make it threw the summer, plus I had money saved for a downpayment from my tax return,,,SO sine I'am 24 with no credit I tried out Clay Cooley,

At first when I pulled up I knew that when I purchased my car I only wanted a 2003 and up Honda Accord, So as soon as I sat down to speak with a rep he tried to have me sign a paer saying If I liked the car and the #'s thats he was giving me for the car I would purchase it,, after about 5mins of saying no back to back he toook the paper away,,, So I went filled out a credit app.. and was only approved for a car no higher that $10,000, I knew I wasnt going to get a newer accord at that price so I told him thats ok and was going to check out Drivers Select,,

he stoped me and said well before you leave my manager would like to talk to you,,,So here comes is asking me if I had a cosigner,, my dad agreed after speaking with this manager and he assured he would take care of his daughter,,

So my sales rep came and told me with a co-signer I was approved for the Honda I wanted with only 1200 down and payments of 400.00 a month so after test driving the vehicle and waiting around for hours I went to finance signed ALL the papers witht the agreement that I would come back Monday with my dad so he can sign as a cosigner.....

So the weekend goes by I swithc my Vehicle to Full coverage for my car and as we go to sign the paper the finace guy says the bank will not approve the vehicle with 52000miles on it it has to be under that amount...With that being the only honda on the lot I dod not want any other car there,, So they told me I can keep the car I have but would have to put down $800.00 more dollars...

After arguing with the Manager I asked why didint they tell me this he says: WHAT IT IS THEY PRE-APPROVE EVERYONE BUT WONT GET THE FINAL SAY SO UNTIL DAYS LATER AND THEY DONT TELL THE CUSTOMERS THIS BECAUSE THEY DONT WANT THEM TO GO TO ANOTHER LOT!!

SO I still have my vehicle but Am only going to keey it for 2 years and trade it in at another dealership,,,If you can stay away from Clay Cooley they only care about their sales and making their numbers,,,,

Also My dad was susposed to be the cosigner just found out today they put him primary and me the cosigner on their own,,,To lie to the bank!!!
