HE STOLD $5750.00 FROM US.WE NEVER SEEN THE DOG OR OUR MONEY BACK.HE IS DOING FRAUD CROSS THE STATE LINE. LETS PUT THAT ANIMAL BEHIND THE BARS.

To anyone who might consider following statement.Hope that you will understand my broken english.

My name is Peter Vajda and I am runing my small dog business Euro K-9 connection here in the Czech Republic. I have to state in advance that I run my small business independently as an Individual and I am not regularly incorporated in any kennel or broker in the USA. I have just found out a few nasty artickles posted by internet slanders Alice. For more details go on Rip Off report - Animal Services or Pet Shop section. These people throw their dirty lies on my name, my dogs and my work. They say that I am involved in Von Der Stadtrand business and the deal among these people and that kennel. It is not true!!
- the true is that I have not heard about Mr. Warichak for a long time
- The true is that through the Von Der Stadtrand broker I sold not more then 3 dogs in the past. One of these dogs is in the family in Kalifornia, the second one is in SchH sport in Wisconsin and the poor last one came to Alice White hands.
- the true is that I have never heard about Mike Wells, Nevada or Jossie Pierce, S.Dakota before
- I have never been in touch with them, they have never asked me neither for a pup nor for an adult dog
- these people do not even know my correct e.mail address or my company name
- these people have never seen my work, kennel or dogs
- these people just throw their mess on me
The second importand part of that story is Alice White , Georgia
This lady bought a dog from a broker - Von Der Stadtrand kennel. This lady did not like her new dog and now posted her offends with so many dirty lies. For more details go on Rip Off Rebutal Report - Animal Service section
- The true is that I am the person who the broker ordered dog from.
- the true is that because of suspected cancer dog was not allowed to go to her new owner.
I contacted the broker immediately saying that I can either cancel that deal or replace the dog.
Broker agreed with replacing . Pictures of the dog, pedigree,and all documents were sent to the broker prior the shiping arrangement
- the true is that payment for a dog I received from the broker, Invoice on broker? name was sent to Von Der Stadtrand kennel not to A. White
So I dealed with a broker not with Alice White.
- I had no deal with Mrs. White. Even though I still do not understand why she did not go straight on me with order for her dream dog and instead of that she did go on the broker to ask for a dog?.

- the true is that it was a few days after her new dog arriving when A. White contacted me for a very first time
- the true is that A. White did not like her new dog, but as I remember at that time broker stated to take all responsibility for that deal and solve A. White? problem../as a prove of my words I have still this e.mail on my pC/
- when A. White found out that dog will not be suitable to her family she put ZOFI that poor animal into the shelter right away .
you can imagine how stressful it was for that dog and how stressfull is for the animal to be transportated from one place to another.
- recently I have received a kind e.mail from a new ZOFI? owner .. It looks like A. White forgot to mention these news in her artickle.
Well, that is all. if there is somebody who would like to find out more about this case I have all e.mails and documents still on my PC safed.
