RESTRETCHING AND CARPET CLEANING 8-27-08, 3 MISSED APPTS AND OBSTRUCTIVE OPERATOR. I CALLED TO FIND OUT WHY CD USA DID CAOPME BACK TO RESTRETCH CARPET, MY EMAIL 9-8-08, MISSED APPTS ON SEP 8 AND SEP 9, NO SHOW. THIS IS A JOB OF SABOTAGE. AFTER I LOOKED TO SEE WHAT YOUR BEN AND ? WAS DOING, THEY WERE WORKING RELUCTANTLY AND NAILING THE CARPET STRIP AND ALL THEY HAD TO DO WS STRETCH THE CARPET OVER INSTEAD AFTER I WAS IN THE OTHER ROOM THEY NAILED THE CARPET FROM THE TOPA SABOTAGE AND VISCIOUS ACT OF VANDALISM MEANT TO RUIN MY CARPET.

IF I HAVE TO REPLACE THE CARPET THEN I WILL SUE YOU FOR THE DIFFERENCE. I DEMAND THE $400 NOW TO RECLEAN OFFICE, FR AND HALL AND RESTRETCH AND POLISH MARBLE IN ENRTY MARRED BY HOSES FROM YOUR TRUCK. I GIVE YOU TO MON SEP 15, 2008 TO SEND ME A CK FOR $400. BY FIRST CLASS REGULAR MAIL. I TOLD YOU OPERATOR THAT IF THEY DID NOT SHOW TUESDAY AND SHE DENIED ME SUPERVSIOR ACCESS THREE TIMES THEN I HAD NO RECOURSE.

SO THIS IS IT. CHECK OR GOVERNMENT AND COURT ENFORCEMENT. SORRY YOUR VANDALS WERE UNCIVIL AND VINDICTIVE THIS IS THE LAST STRAW.THIS IS A PROFESSIONAL CROOK- THEY CHANGED NAME TO CLEAN N' DRY FROM CLEAN DRY USA AND PH #. MIKE LEVI HAS BEE SUED MANY TIME. CONSUMER AFFAIRS WOULD ACT BUT NON OF THE COMPLAINER FILED REPTS WITH CONS AFFAIRS- EVRYONE SHOULD DO THAT - THEY CAN REVOKE LICENCSE AND MAYBE TURN OVER FOR CRIMINAL ACTIVITY. SUE THEM AND FILE CONS AFFAIRS

Clean Dry USA and Clean N' Dry are both independently owned and operated franchisees under Dry Tech Systems. A copy of this complaint has been forward to Clean N' Dry in order to allow them to respond appropriately and take any legal actions needed against the offending party for libel. Regarding the job performed on 8/27/08 of carpet stretching and cleaning. Carpet stretching can be done in two ways, the first one involves lifting the carpet and pulling the excess to the pre existing carpet lining and tacking it down, using this method will often result in rippling again in the future. The second method involves tacking the carpet down at intervals throughout the carpet so as to assure that it will not lift again, this was the method performed at the customer's house in order to give him the best, longest lasting results. The final price given for both the stretching and cleaning of 1200 sq. ft was significantly lower than the average market price and included a guarantee.

We take pride in our customer service which is why all of our technicians undergo vigorous training in customer service along with the technical aspects of the field. Satisfaction is guaranteed and a we offered to send back the technician in order to address any concerns that the customer had. Unfortunately the customer did want the technician, who is the only technician that has the instruments and training to perform a stretching, to return to his home. In response to the claim of inability to contact a supervisor, our supervisors work on the field in order to insure that all of our customers are receiving the best service possible, therefore a message needs to be left for a supervisor which will be promptly returned once they arrive at the office.

The customer's concern was filed with Consumer Affairs, who then in turn got in contact with us and investigated the case. Even during this time we offered again to send the technician back to the home for a labor charge, as was agreed to in the contract signed by the customer before the commencement of the work. The case has now been closed by the Consumer Affairs. We are sincerely sorry that we did not leave this customer completely satisfied as is our goal for all of our customers, however we were not given ample opportunity in order to follow the steps of our satisfaction guarantee that has been proven by sixteen years of service in the field.
