This "anonomous" posting was produced by a person named "Terry" who is with an inspection firm SeInspections in Florida. 

Terry approached our firm about purchasing some of our products and wanted to establish a line of credit with us.  His credit was incredibly bad and we could not accommodate his request.  Subsequently, we did offer to sell products to him on a cash basis, but in a druken rampage he wrote a most profane and insulting letter to our firm and threatened to post negative comments about our firm and employees...a threat he followed through on at this less than credible website.

As well we have sued this person and others in open court for libeling our firm and though their attorney try very hard to settle these matters so as to avoid substancial judgements...we don't settle.  Write to anyone who has posted false and negative information at this site and you will find their email address does not exist or they will not respond.

People believe that they can post anything they like on the internet "anonomously" and just get away with it.  These people are wrong.  Mr. Michael Berry, a former employee, was one such person who has posted "anonomous" negative and false information about our firm and partners in this forum in 2010 and 2011 and he found out the hard way having been arrested in Georgia for criminal libel for his postings about CleanSeal.  Now Mr. Berry is serving 3-5 years  following his most recent unrelated arrest as a "meth" dealer.

As for Rip Off Report, they are the scam artists.  They allow people to post anything they wish and then when the posting goes viral they have a "separate division" who contacts the firm written about and offers to remove the negative comments for a fee of between $1,200-$2,000.00.  In the real world that's called "black-mail".

Also, as far as we know, people who post their experiences on Ripoff Report cannot get arrested, unless the author made threats to harm someone, then we can see that would be a reason where the author could get arrested. Ripoff Report does not give out author information, so, it is likely the company above knew who the author is.

A consumer cannot get arrested for exercising their First Amendment Right to Free Speech, even if that speech is less than flattering. From our experience over the past 15 years, consumers get onto the Internet to say negative things when they feel they have been ripped off in some way. Most people dont get on to the Internet to say something nice. People dont get onto the Internet to find something good. When doing research for something you want to buy, before you use a service, before you take that new medication or get that new procedure your doctor wants you to have, most are looking for experience of others before they make their move.
