Clear Breeze Solutions, Clearbreeze Solutions, Ross Corless, Promised to lower my credit card interest rate for a fee of $749.00, never did, BUT charged my CC $749.00 Smyrna Georgia

I was contacted by Ross Corless (877-388-7748 x8154) with ClearBreezeSolutions.com in April 2008. I clearly explained that the interest rates on my current credit debt were all at or below 5.99%, some were at 0%, and 75% of the outstanding credit card debt at 5.99% would remain at that % until the balance was paid in full. I explained that I negotiated with my creditors and didn't feel there was anything else they could do.

Nonetheless, I allowed myself to be talked into their services on the condition that should they fail to provide a savings of $4,000, I would receive a full refund. For a fee of $749.00 the documentation I received promised: Should Clearbreeze Solutions fail to show a minimum savings of $4,000.00 on your financial plan, you will be entitled to as refund.

I was then put in contact with a Clearbreeze associate named Aaron who completed a detailed financial analysis that included all of my monthly income, expenses and credit card debt payments. He paid specific attention to my credit card outstanding debt and the current interest rates for each of those debts. Again, I explained to Aaron that all of my credit debt was at or below 5.99%, some were at 0%, and 75% of the outstanding credit card debt at 5.99% would remain at that % until the balance was paid in full. And, again, I explained that I negotiated with my creditors and didn't feel there was anything else they could do.

Aaron then proceeded (with me on the phone) to contact 2-3 of my credit card holders, each of whom explained that I had already negotiated the interest rate to the lowest available. At this point, I told Aaron I did NOT believe Clearbreeze Solutions would be of value to me. Aaron indicated agreement with me and I specifically asked for a refund of the $749.00 that had been charged to my credit card. Aaron said he would look into the refund and get back to me.

Within 2 weeks, I received a Debt Reduction Schedule - no reduction in any of my credit card interest rates, or anything else - Just a simple pay down schedule' that I could have easily completed myself.

And that was the end of it. I have had no success in contacting them and, to date, have not received the promised refund of $749.00.
