I am only posting this because I feel many people believe I am the individual responsible for these postings by "anonymous" users. I would like to say that this is the one and only post I have, and will, ever make on this website in regards to EAS.

My employment was terminated with EAS on May 7, 2008 because an anonymous individual claiming to be a current employee posted a complaint on May 6, 2008. I did not write said complaint nor do I have any connection or knowledge of who did, as I've said from the beginning. EAS claims that is not the reason my employment was terminated, they claim it was my "negative attitude" which had been an alleged "on going problem" even though there is no documentation to prove they've discussed my "negative attitude" with me and 4 weeks prior to my termination, I was given a $2/hr raise.

One of the reasons I believe I was a target, and I quote the Director of Operations (Mike Edwards), is because "You were the only individual who did not know the RSVP Software did not exist until yesterday." For a little background information, "yesterday" was May 6, 2008 where all of Operations had a meeting showing departmental moves of individuals and to go over responsibilities of individuals / departments. I had knowledge of the RSVP Software long before that meeting took place because it had been listed on the website for quite some time and I was a Customer Service Rep for almost a year and frequently worked directly with Todd Edmister who headed the "Research and Reporting Department" who handled contacting the databases.

Now, going off strictly on what Mike Edwards said to me, the RSVP Software did not exist at that time. his words directly. Rather it does now or not, I cannot say as I'm no longer employed with the company. But, they have removed any and all mention of the RSVP Software from their website.

Aside from that, I do agree that attacking Brian Poe on a personal level is uncalled for. I have no negative opinions toward the company, it's former or current employees or the CEO. I have lost respect for a few members of Management who, and I quote, told me to "Get over it and find another job" when I was informed of my termination and those who outright called me a liar when I denied any connection to the May 6, 2008 complaint.

I personally would not recommend this service, nor would I use it myself. The work they do for you can easily be accomplished on your own and at little or no cost. But, if it is something you feel you cannot do on your own, for whatever reason, or do not have the time for, by all means read EAS' Terms and Conditions and give them a call.

Yes, I was upset when my employment was terminated because I had been unjustly accused of writing a complaint I had no connection to and which Management had no evidence I was connected to beyond the "word" of other employees. If the CEO comes to you and asks you who you think wrote a complaint slamming the company, saying "I don't know" would almost certainly make you a target, so of course you're going to name someone, anyone, and everyone else is going to run with it.

Whoever was responsible for writing the original complaint which led to my termination, I would like to say I appreciate that you caused me to almost lose my car, my home and everything that was dear to me. I have never and will never hide behind anonymity and as stated previously, this is, and will be, the only post I make on this website in regards to EAS.
