ClearTech Pools Clean pool. Maintain. Saint Petersburg Florida

Well, clear tech pools must be one of the worst customer oriented service in Tampa area. Lies, deceit and plain out harassment. I was a bit behind in payment due to having Covid 19. I sent few hundred a couple weeks ago. Well, I get an email demanding I call in and pay remaining $180. Rude email. Listen, I’m a 100% disable war veteran, I don’t have j$100s just week later. So I received more threatening emails.

I sent pic of my light hanging or floating because their tech couldn’t tighten a bracket. This made their blood boil. Will they not put light back in (huge safety issue. Kids get arm or leg caught in hole, they will drown. Clear Tech could care less. You know what they do? Send me an invoice to fix the light. Harassing me for more money and my light wasn’t floating until these guys checked it for me. The owner is absent, Tom. Dan and Dianna in payables are laughing it up. I had no choice as they are still harassing me. As late as 9pm. Help!

They find it amusing to bury me in bills and watch my ptsd climb. Again, I’m medically retired from Air Force. This is the way Vets are treated here and everywhere at times. Especially by those that never served their country, whether cowards or just not into fighting for your country, these guys from Tom down are not Veteran Friendly. I got hurt for them, protecting them and they act like school girls sending me bills they know are bogus. Do not use them. If you are a Veteran, use another company owned by Veterans.
