I am not sure how he provides customer service because I had a very bad experience with this company owner now. The owner Marty Rogers outsourced his website optimization to me. He got all his work delivered on time and with great satisfaction, but stopped replying me just as the payment dates arrived. He fraud me of $300 and wasted a whole month of service and time for me. He provided me with dates initially for the payment but never paid me up. I have been waiting for a payment for 45 days now and he doesn't reply to my emails and also on Skype.
He is a total fraud and got my payment away after taking all the work for his website. Hope freelancers finds this review useful before anyone starts working with him.

The client has replied to me and updated me with the agreed payment. The issue has been resolved now and hope to continue with a good relation with the client. I would thank him for all his cooperation to resolve the case and would recommend him for his products and businesses.
