I purchased ink cartridges from Click2Ink (via Internet) on January 18, 2007. My Visa account was billed on January 21. On February 1, I e-mailed them asking the status of my order. The order was supposed to be shipped by Express Mail. I received a response the next day telling me the order was shipped. I responded by asking when it was shipped. They responded with "not showing a specific date" when it was shipped (does that make sense???)

I finally received the cartridges on February 6. All three cartridges were defective. I e-mailed them the next day asking what I needed to do about returning them and requesting a refund. No response. I e-mailed them again on February 11 asking them again about returning the cartridges.

Finally, the next day a representative responded and gave me an RA# (needed to be put on the outside of the returned package). I returned the cartridges on February 14th (insured). On March 2, I telephoned them asking about the refund. I was told they received the package and my credit card would be refunded "right there and then". Contacted them again on March 15 asking about the refund. I was told it would be taken care of.

On March 19, I received an e-mail telling me I would receive a check for the refund on or about March 21. I never received a check. On March 27, I telephoned them informing them I never received a check or a credit on my Visa account. I was told the accountant was out for a week and their workload was behind and a check would be mailed to me in a day or two. As usual, I waited.

I telephoned them again on April 13 and was given the same old story by the same representative. At that point, I was very annoyed and informed the representative that I felt I was being scammed and would have to report the incident to The Better Business Bureau if I didn't receive a refund within a few days. It was like talking to a brick wall. She didn't even respond verbally. I just had to hang up the phone without any response whatsoever from her.

On May 7, I contacted the Better Business Bureau in Wichita, Kansas and also my credit card company. I filed the complaint with the BBB online and by telephone with the credit card company. I received a check in the amount owed from my credit card company yesterday and telephoned them to thank them. I also wanted to confirm that it was from my credit card company. The credit card company informed me that it was from them and that they took the money from the account of Click2Ink (SIRAM LLC) which made me quite happy.
