After hearing rave reviews on Tim Ferriss' podcast I thought to buy this CD for my daughter. The hope was that her dog would be better trained. They never delivered the CD and they have faught me for over a week to resolve this matter. They have essentially robbed me of my money because I do not have the CD and they will not send one out to my new address
