Mr. Clifford Shillingford, AKA Cleve Shillingford borrows money from unsuspecting investors to finance his shipping company in the Caribbean, particularly Dominica, Tortola, St. Maarteen & Mexico.   However, Clifford does not have a legitimate shipping business, which is operational.  He uses the investors' money for his personal use, including travels throughout the caribbean and the US.  
Clifford operates a ponzi scheme.  He borrows the money of new investors to pay off the money he borrowed from previous investors.  Clifford then disappears when he cannot find new investors or when he is unable to make any payments to investors.

Lenders, friends, family please be aware! Do not loan any money to Clifford Shillingford.  He is a con artist with the most convincing strategies to get to your money.  Cliff Shill Ocean Group is a sham! There is no legitimate shipping service.  There is no boat! No Shipping business!
