I recently was charged $63.11 by clikbank on my credit card for software they said was required for the use of Limewire.

I e-mailed Limewire and they said that the "software" I was charged for was non-exsistant, and that it was clear I was "scammed".

I went to Clikbanks website and obtained their e-mail address, which, conveiniently was not working.
I have no phone number or other way to contact with them. HELP

#1 Consumer Suggestion

Call your credit card company

AUTHOR: Robert - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Saturday, July 09, 2005

Dispute the charge as fraudulent with your credit card company. Even if you are able to contact clikbank, they may tell you they will perform a chargeback to your account. They have up to 15 business days to do that. However, clikbank may not do it. If you dispute the charge with the bank that issued your credit card, they can investigate it on your behalf and you will not have to pay the $63.11 while it is in disbute.

There should be a telephone number listed along with the charge on your credit card statement for clikbank that can be used to call them.

This is a link to a clikbank customer service request form for billing issues.

This is an address I found for clikbank:
Click Sales Inc
915 W Jefferson St
Boise ID 83702 USA

Hope this helps.
