Climate Partners Dishonest and INcomeptent bunch Milford Connecticut

 Our experience with Climate Partners was THE WORST. The technicians appear to be incompetent from the beginning, took multiple visits to diagnose simple issues ( luckily it was under warranty then so it was just a hassle). The company does not stand behind its own guarantee once your warranty period is over- THIS IS WHEN THEY GET YOU.  Even though we paid the optional $200 "system recommissioning" charge on a simple repair they performed -when the very next day after the repair, same system problems presented, Climate Partners would NOT honor their own guarantee.  Service manager was dodging our phone calls and was rude when he finally called back, basically giving me a bunch of lies (like we didn't let the techincian do proper diagnostics) and calling me a lier to top it off. All we were asking for was the correct diagnosis free of charge ( since we JUST PAID $100 for one and it was wrong!)

Finally, we had a different local HVAC technician come out and CONFIRM that Climate Partners misdiagnosed the problem. We are now fighting the charges via BBB and credit company.

 I would recommend all to STAY AWAY FROM THIS INCOMPETENT AND DISHONEST ENTERPRISE
