Kristopher Pidgeon (Pidgeon), Jesus Pacheco (Pacheco) and all other Instructors at Clinical Solutions had their Instructor Status Removed in December.
 

Kristopher Pidgeon (Pidgeon) and Pacheco conspired and carried out a scheme illegally obtaining medical

certification cards  to sell resulting in illegitimate distribution of certifications. Healthcare

Organization's Administration gave sworn statement used in judicial proceedings detailing how the scheme

left their organization with illegitimate certification cards.

Owner/Pacheco falsified an application to provide medical certification cards to healthcare providers.

Pacheco concealed Four (4)serious Felony Convictions. Crimes include cocaine and two additional narcotic

distribution offenses. Jesus Pacheco (Pacheco) falsely claimed on the application he was a Registered

Nurse, Paramedic and - an EMT. Pacheco's education is limited to high school.

Solutions Training Center since December. Clinical Solutions was removed as an Authorized Training Center

CASE No. CACE12016154 was filed In The Circuit Court of the 17th Judicial Circuit in and for Broward

County, Florida. The Defendants are Clinical Solutions Medical Training, Inc, Jesus Enrique Pacheco,

Kristopher Pidgeon and Juan Velasquez. The Verified Complaint against Clinical Solutions (Defendants)

list allegations for theft, Conversion and Conspiracy by PACHECO and PIDGEON.

Clinical Solutions stole a database of thousands of healthcare providers sensitive information.
