Clock Kit clockkit.com Did not ship our order and were unresponsive Basking Ridge New Jersey

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!  While they seem to have good products and prices they do not deliver at all and have never replied to any of my emails or voice messages.  They use some google service to hide behind as they never answer a phone call. 

We tried to purchase 11 clock motors and the hardware from them, a simple order to see if we wanted to start using them, for a cost of around $60 and the only option was expedited shipping for $22 which is on the high side but we needed the order quickly so went ahead.  The charge was immediately applied to our card but after a couple of days we did not receive the promised shipping notification and checked their website, which showed the shipment was still pending.  We emailed asking if there was a problem but received no response, a day later we called and left a message but again no response after several attempts to contact them without any response and our order still showing it had not shipped we had to contact Visa to dispute the charge.

It is a real shame it came to this, we were hoping to work with them as we sell 100s of clocks yearly but with this level of incompetence they have made it impossible to do business with them.
