THE PROBLEM WITH CLONCOM.COM   OR   TARJETASTELEFONICAS.COM   STARTED WHEN I DID STOP BUYING PHONE CARDS DUE TO THE FOLOWING PROBLEM :
DURING THE LAST LEGAL TRANSACTION MADE BY ME ON MAY 11 THEY DID NOT APLY THE PROMOTIONAL DISCOUNT (FOR MOTHERS DAY) ON MY FIRST TRANSACTION, SO I MADE THE SAME DAY ANOTHER TRANSACTION WITHOUT LOGIN AND THIS TIME THEY DID APLIED THE DISCOUNT.
I WROTE THEM AN EMAIL LETTING THEM KNOW I WANTED TO ANNUL THE FIRST TRANSACTION AND KEEP THE SECOND ONE.   THEY DID ANSWER MY EMAIL INFORMING ME THAT THEY WILL NOT DO IT AND WILL NOT LET ME DO FUTURES TRANSACTIONS WITH THEM, SO I DECIDED TO GO AHEAD AND PAY THEM. 
ON AUGUST 10, 2009 I RECEIVE AN EMAIL FROM THEM ( PREGUNTAS@TARJETASTELEFONICAS.COM ) ASKING ME WHY I STOP DOING MORE PURCHASES .   I WROTE THEM BACK AND GAVE THEM ALL MY REASONS AND ALSO INFORMED THEM ABOUT THE FACT I WAS UNABLE TO USE   THE SECOND PHONE CARD   (LATINAMERICA) AND GENTLY GAVE   THEM SOME SUGGESTIONS ABOUT HOW TO KEEP THE CUSTOMERS HAPPY WITH THE   SERVICE.     
ON AUGUST 20, 2009 I RECEIVED AN EMAIL FROM THEM REGARDING A TRANSACTION I DID NOT AUTHORIZE IN THE AMOUNT OF USD 10.00 .   WHEN I WROTE THEM BACK INFORMING I DID NOT AUTHORIZE THE TRANSACTION THEY EXPLAINED TO ME THE TRANSACTION WAS MADE BASE ON THE FACT THAT YOU CHECK THE OPTION : AUTORECHARGE, OPTION I HAD NEVER USE, BECAUSE I LIKE TO BE IN CONTROL OF MY PURCHASES.    THEY APOLOGIZE ON A MESSAGE DATED AUGUST 20 AND INFORMED ME THEY WILL UNCHECK THE OPCION MENTION ABOVE.      I DID ALSO INFORME THEM ABOUT CALLING MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY, WHICH I DID.   THE MAIL WAS SENT BY MISS CECILIA FIGUEROA, CUSTOMER CARE CENTER, TARJETAS TELEFONICAS.
ON AUGUST 21 I WROTE ANOTHER EMAIL EXPLAINING THEM I HAD NEVER SIGN UP FOR AUTORECHARGE OPCION AND ASKED THEM AGAIN TO ANNUL   THE TRANSACTION DUE TO THE FACT THAT I DID NOT    AUTHORIZE IT AND REMIND THEM ABOUT A SECOND PHONE CARD (LATINAMERICA) WICH I DID NOT USE AND ALSO ABOUT A PHONE CALL TO MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY.   THEY DID CANCELLED THE PURCHASE. 
WITH SURPRISE AND WITH NO AUTHORIZATION ON MY PART, ON AUGUST 26 WHEN I WAS CHECKING MY CREDIT CARD BALANCE, I FOUND ON MY CREDIT CARD A CHARGE IN THE AMOUNT OF USD 10.00 ON BECAUSE OF THE FOLLOWING REASON :
THEY   WILL NOT REIMBURST THE USD 10.00 DUE TO THE FACT THAT WE ARE UNABLE TO CHECK THE BALANCE ON MY FIRST PHONE CARD (PERUSAVER) AND APLIED THE AUTORECHARGE OPTION TO MY PERUSAVER PHONE CARD (AT THIS TIME I DID NOT USE THE SECOND PHONE CARD LATINAMERICA).   THE MAIL WAS SENT BY MISS CECILIA FIGUEROA, CUSTOMER SERVICE.
DUE TO THE FACT THAT THEY ARE UNABLE TO CHECK HOW MANY MINUTES I HAVE ON BOTH PHONE CARDS, YESTERDAY AUGUST 27, 2009 I DID MAKE PHONE CALLS AND WAS ABLE TO GET THE EXACT AMOUNT OF MONEY ON EACH CARD AND THE EXACT AMOUNT OF MINUTES ALSO.   I DID PRINT THE PAGE WITH THE INFORMATION AND SEND THEM ANOTHER EMAIL WITH ALL THE INFORMATION. 
AT THIS TIME I AM NOT USIN PERUSAVER OR LATINAMERICA PHONE CARDS TO AVOID MORE PROBLEMS.    ALSO IT IS UNACCEPTABLE THAT THIS COMPANY IS CHARGING ME FOR PURCHASES I DID NOT AUTHORIZE WITHOUT ANY WRITTEN NOTICE (EMAIL or PHONE CALL) AND ALSO I CAN NOT CANCEL MY ACCOUNT WITH THEM.     
ALL THIS ILLEGAL PROCEDURES ARE UNACCEPTABLE AND I AM FILING MY COMPLAINT WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU ALSO.   UNTIL THIS MOMENT I CAN NOT CANCELL MY ACCOUNT WITH THEM, THEY WANT TO KEEP MY CREDIT CARD NUMBER AND JUST FAX ALL THE PAPERS WITH MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY.
