I order a pair of Birkenstock sandals from them on Sept 7, 2014, I never received my shoes, order still says processing. I have tried contacted them over a 1/2 dozen time and they have never responed. I also tried to contract them through pay pal but since it was over 30 dyas they wouldnt respond either. I have offered to cancle my order for a refund if they dont have the product in stock any olonger , they just dont respond.
