"Tony M" runs Cloverdale Realty which is not licensed by NY State. He rents to anyone, the apartments are infested with rodents, bed bugs- mold covered. He will rent to anyone. Anybody familiar with Howard Beach and Lindenwood has seen the decline of the Lindenwood neighborhood- this is based largely on Tony and his co-hort John Weigand. They advertise on craigs list and will rent to anyone- steer clear if you rent to them you will have nothing but problems that won't be fixed. Besides that half of East NY is moving into Lindenwood. Tony and Weigand are block busting, they destroy neighborhoods and then buy up property on the cheap and will rent to anyone- section 8 included.
The crime rate in Lindenwood has soared because of them. Drugs are all over the place. Tony and Weigand have destroyed the neighborhood while getting rich. What kind of "realtor" doesn't have a real website. Stay as far away from them as possible
