Club Del Sol Tanning Salon ripoff tanning salon run by local doctor Irving Texas

went to go tan at the salon i had purchased a 180$ membership from and they were gone! disappeared. some cords were hanging from sockets but the whole place was otherwise empty! i had been a member for over 2 years and had the salon holding over five bottles of lation at 50 to 80 dollars each.

how could they disappear without contacting any members? they literally STOLE my membership, my money, and my lotions.

Club Del Sol was in Las Colinas' Tom Thumb Shopping Center. a local doctor supposedly owned the place. i would like to know what else i can do besides just call bankruptcy court to see when & if they ever file. so far, it has been six months later & Club Del Sol has not surfaced anywhere.

i want my money back. buyer beware! i had no idea salons could just disappear and STEAL from it's loyal patrons like that without so much as a phone call!
