I ordered a cell phone for $1.99 and authorized them to charge $1.99 to my masterCard.  I was informed they charged $119.00 to my mastercard which I did not authorize.

Also, as I ordered last Nov 15 2015, I didn't received what I ordered from that company.  So I wrote to that company to get refund ($119.00) then cancel that subscription.

I guess that company will charge monthly.
