Clv employees will trap you in a living hell and care only about getting their hands on your money.  The employees are quite smug and don't feel bad to lie in your face.  There's nothing substantial about their building and maintenance orders take forever then you're are blamed for issues.  There is no accountability or ownership.  Laundry machines don't work and have to constantly call them in for repairs or refunds.  Clv is not the home you want just move on to avoid the hassle of hearing your neighbours,

having no heat, build up of ice on the windows with no insulation, old cabinets with holes everywhere and turned upside down to drill new holes, noise from plumbing and leaks and yes all this is blamed on you the tenant. Keep looking elsewhere so that your sense of home isn't obstructed by illegal entries and yes they deny this too!  This arrogant landlord has the odasity to hack your email after making complaints and sends porn to all those on your friends list.  You lack moral high ground clv.  I hope everyone leaves this company so they realize they have themselves to blame.
