LOL it's funny how everyone steals from you.. But wrong again, the other and myself were never paid and you still owe money and none of us stole from you. You screwed so many people over you have no idea who i am. Please by all means take me to court..lol. I would love the chance to finally get you into court.

 You are just just incredible sir. Everyone in Ft. Lauderdale was paid what they were owed and so weren't you up until you quit and stole our merchants as well. You have no clue what you are talking about. Don't you and others have better things to do besides slander people just because they are more successful than you are and have to cheat and steal from others for a living and then slander them? And as far as my mother goes I take care of my mother after 3 heart attacks and she lives with me and I support her but you are even going there with lies. You have some serious issues sir. I have no more time for yours or anyone elses nonsense but if your slander continues I will handle it appropriately.

 Scott, Really???. So in the Fort Lauderdale office where Ken, Terry, etc worked, they didnt miss paychecks or were paid short? You dont owe money?? You promised to pay and promised and promised until everyone gave up or you stop taking calls. You know who I am. I warned you if you didnt pay me i would do this. Remember your words...you're not the first or the last. You sir are a joke, still live with your mom, your so called parnter and friend for years stealing deals in front of your face. Be a man once in your lowly life and pay what you owe.

I have no idea who responded that they "heard the same thing etc." about me not paying employees etc. but it is most likely the same person or someone that heard the crazy stories started by the same person that started all this crazy posting stuff because this is a small industry.  Who goes on the ROR and comments "I heard the same thing etc" on a post unless there is a reason they are there for their own reasons not to say, "yeah I heard the same thing" lol.  Most likely this individual must have went on and created another email and account to go on here and make this more believable but honestly I do not know if that is the case or not so how do I respond to this?

Anyway, anymore postings from the person that started all this posting years ago and then started again recently I will be forced to go to court and spend more $ to subpoena the ROR to get their information and handle it legally. I am very worn out by all this obvious malicious slander for personal reasons to try to damage my companies and my reputation. 

If you are a business owner that has given others an opportunity and taught them your business and gave them equity without any investment to have the same individuals decide they wanted to share 100% of a company and not 20% and turn around and steal from you and your company including its clients and start their own company regardless of all kinds of non competes etc. then you can appreciate what I have went through.  

But what makes this worse, is the same people continue to slander me and my company with false postings because they understand that the ROR does not verify anything and will not disclose their identities unless subpoena'd in court which it looks like I am going to have to do to stop all this nonsense.

I will not be responding anymore because everytime I do they post more crazy stuff on here as a rtaliation for me going after them legally after they did wrong, not me.

Scott Clymo is a very good con artist, without being to far off base it's safe to say he doesn't know anyone he doesn't owe money to:  

I have never been late on a payment in the credit bureas and have no idea who they are saying I owe money to except for the fact that this is an ex partner that breached their contract, stole clients from the company, started their own company against a non compete and then when taken to court they signed a legal form saying they would never slander the company again etc. after I dropped charges because I found out legally I could only keep them from doing business in the state of Florida so I did not want to spend millions pursuing this so I settled and when they stole form the company and left they were probably owed a paycheck but who in their right mind would pay someone that just stole from them and broke every signed agreement they had with the company?  I know who this is but with no solid proof because they used a fake name because this is a made up complaint I can not prove who it is.

Even with his new company Us Business Lending because of all the rip off reports going on with Ez biz he had to close down. The reports are so crazy that they are even funny.

We never closed down and we changed the name because EZ Loans (not EZ Loans.biz our company name) was the name of a personal loan company out of CA that did scam people and had hundreds of complaints and people were confusing us with them.

Mantis is a well known funder and good old Scott manged to screw them over. 

Our company did not screw Mantis over and it is a company we still do business with to this day.  Mantis did end up overpaying us a few thousand dollars on a deal from last year that accounting caught this year but we in no way screwed them over and continue to do business with them today.  There phone number is:   (212) 756-1297 please feel free to call them for yourself to prove this is a lie.

I have first hand knowelge of how bad this guy is, he owes me 3000.00 just on payroll. He owes employees and former partners. Anyone that had the misfortune to cross paths with him got it.

The company nor myself owes this person nor anyone anything that they were entitled too.  If I am expected to pay greedy people that stole from the company and breached their agreements and non competes and set up another company in direct competition, then yes, I guess I may owe them money but you be the judge please.

I put this out to help and ask people before doing business with Scott Google him, the old saying is right if it walks like a duck, has feathers like a duck it's a DUCK!!!

The only postings on Google or the ROR that have been posted are from ex partners/employees that breached their agreements and started their own companies and failed miserably but posted all kinds of garbage out there like this that tried to run me and my companies out of business when I went after them legally.  It is a shame anyone can post whatever they want on the ROR without any proof whatsoever and they will never check it out.  Here is our real rating by the BBB that does check out complaints to see if they are real ect. and we are not an accredited business which means we did not buy our rating, rather earned it.  We have an A+ rating with the BBB and had only 3 complaints in over 5 years while originating over 5,000 business cash advances and all 3 were for advertising and are only due 3  people being upset that they were called with robo calls out of millions which we no longer do because of the complaints.  Not one from an actual customer, and that should speak for itself and unheard of for any large company especially in this industry.

 Spoke with someone in the industry and this name came up. Heard the same complaints. He doesn't pay his employees. Employers need to be fair to be successful. Great fair employers have successful companies.
