I had just purchased a brand new 986 Porsche and hit a piece of debris on the freeway damaging the rim. I went to a local shop to get a replacement and got flat out ripped off by the owner.

Since this owner was such a criminal by never using written estimates and always dealing with cash, I had agreed to turn over the new wheel to the Costa Mesa Detective who contacted me via telephone.

I drove down to the Costa Mesa Police Department and parked in the visitor parking lot. I began to attempt to take off the wheel and had extreme difficulty in doing so, considering that I was almost killed the week before.

5 Hispanics on narcotics had attempted to rob me at a local connivance store. I had obtained severe injuries and the non-use of my arm and shoulder.

There was a lot of oil on the ground and having a temporary handicapped placard, I decided to park my new Porsche in the many available handicapped parking slots.

I then began to attempt to jack up the car with one arm and out came Detective R. Fate badge 314 of the Costa Mesa Police Department. His first comment was, "What are you doing here?"

I began to explain to him that that it was arranged with a detective that I was to relinquish my front wheel to end a dispute/civil matters with a local shop.

Detective R Fate 314 went inside the Police Department and came out with a ticket book. He then began to open his ticket book and I interrupted him, "What are you doing, I have a temporary handicap."

I have him my Drivers License Number and he went inside to verify it. By this time the wheel was off and I had the most difficult time putting on this hideous red rim spare. Detective Fate 314 came out and stated that he could not find it.

I responded, "Well I've got it check again" and I thought to myself, "What a b*****d." Here I am with two black eyes and my arm in a sling and this p***k won't even help me change a tire.

He came outside and squatted down to me as I was placing the lug nuts on and said, "Yes you do have a temporary handicap, but it expired last week."

He then began to issue the ticket and I couldn't believe it. This was beyond PURE HARASSMENT and I had two choices, to Explode by grabbing the loaded 9mm in my trunk and shoot him repeatedly until the magazine emptied or IMPLODE and burst into tears.

I lost right there in front of the Police Department and burst into tears. I called inside the Police Station and demanded that the on Duty Watch Commander come outside and stop Detective R.Fate.

The on Duty Watch Commander Never Came to the Phone. R Fate 314 finished writing his ticket and asked, "Where do you want it?"

I responded, "Place it on the window." Detective R. Fate tossed the ticket on the seat and went inside his Police Station.

I called about a week later and asked to speak to the Watch Commander. I was connected and I informed him of detective Fate's horrible conduct.

The Watch Commander stated that he was very familiar with incident and was quick to say, "Everything that Det. Fate did was perfectly legal," meaning kiss are a@@.

I asked why didn't the Watch Commander come out and stop Det. Fate when I called for HELP right in front of the Police Department.

The Watch Commander replied, "He was busy just like I am busy talking to you right now," translation kiss my a*s again.

There is a person calling you from in front of your police station asking for your assistance claiming harassment and you fail to investigate it.

That's your job description as an On Duty Watch Commander, to log/investigate police misconduct.

Use your head

AUTHOR: Kevin - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, December 15, 2004

Maybe you should use your head next time and be sure to have your placard up to date. I don't doubt for a second that your mouth is what gets you into these situations. You're lucky he didn't arrest you for the loaded 9mm you claim to have had in the trunk. If you did had decided to take it out in aggression against the detective I'm certain it would have been your last mistake.

Why Can't We All Get Along?

AUTHOR: Cory - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, December 06, 2004

Man, you don't see to be able to get along with anyone. Hispanics, 7-Eleven clerks, cell phones, CHP, Westminster PD, ambulance drivers, Lt's, CPT's, highways, tire shops, detectives, spare tires, Costa Mesa PD, Watch Commanders just to name a few. Sorry to hear about the beating though. Here in Texas, we can carry the 9mm, so the beating might not have taken place.
