In April we purchased a 2000 Plym Neon with almost 200K on it. We didnt know the price till after we signed papers and was given no test drive until approval was given. After we signed everything they told us the asking price which is $13000. and our pmts are $168.00 every 2 wks. Mind you our interest is so high that these biweekly pmts are only paying about $65 of the loan!

That is outrageous! My husband and I make our pmts on time since we purchased the vehicle. However, they are always calling and harrassing us before the pmt is even due! Then if you have some kind of financial difficulty or family emergency and explain the problem if you are going to be late with your pmt its the end of the world. They dont care about the customer only there money and still demand pmt even when only a few days late or they will send someone to repo the car. I have had plenty of loans in the past and not once was I harrassed or threatened with repo unless pmts were over 45 days late. The bank manager Tony and his assist Lineette at this Emmaus office are very rude and inconsiderate.

Another bad experience is when the vehicle needed repairs promised since the day of purchase I took it there 4 times and it still wasnt done. Until I told them to either take it to a dealer and get it fixed or I am trading it in for a new one. I am so fed up with there nonsense and I want to file a suit with them but dont know who to contact in PA, all I get info for is Iowa.
