CNAC - JD Byrider when will someone stop this company from taking advantage of people, major scam artists Saint Clairsville Ohio

We have never been late or missed a payment and the one time there was a problem at the bank, they threatened to repossess my van if I did not pay their $20 fee! Then, their employee (Mahlea) told me if I bring in verification that it was a bank error, the fee would be waived and I could still write checks for my payments. I brought the paper in, no problem, then the next time my payment was due, they said my account was 14 days past due because of $20 fee!

I told them what their employee had told me ... she no longer worked there (surprise, surprise) ... and they said they will not waive fee and I have to pay even though it was a bank error! I refused to pay, made my regular payment and left. Next time payment was due, they said I could not leave the store because the van was repossessed as of right then, unless I paid the $20 fee.

I told them I would pay, but it had to be the next day because I was on my lunch break and did not have time to go to the bank and get the extra money out. Oh yeah, they also refused my check and said I had to pay cash. She (Dee) said, too bad, van is repossessed and I could not leave the lot with it or they would call the cops!

Now, I had always paid a little extra on my payments, so when the fee was assessed to the account, the actual balance they showed past due was only $11 and change, and they threatened to call the police over that??!!! Needless to say, I had to go get the extra money from the bank, was a half hour late getting back to work (which I didn't get paid for).

I also questioned the manager (Joe) as to why the repairs weren't done on the van as agreed when it was purchased. He said, "What repairs?" I told him what was agreed to, and his response, "If you would have told me, I would have made sure it was done." I said, "It was you who I talked to, week after week, for the first 6 weeks and was told parts weren't in or you'd call me back with an appointment time and then never called!"

He said that was impossible, like I just make stuff up off the top of my head all the time! And even after this incident, he still has not scheduled a time for me to bring the van in for the agreed repairs! This company is a joke and one of these days they're going to mess with the wrong person and end up in Bankruptcy court without the option to ever open their doors again! And here I am, just another pee-on, powerless against their deceitful words and practices. If there would be a class-action, I'm in 100%!

PS My loan balance is a little over $7000 and the p.o.s. is only worth $2300! My father-in-law recently got a 94 Tracker there and when he made his last payment, his loan balance was over $10,000!
