I purchased a bulldog puppy that never came.  Once I paid for the puppy I was ignored by Michelle Sotolongo with my questions.  No answer to my calls made me suspicious so I did a google search of her photos on facebook of her "customers" photos she has on her facebook page receiving puppies.  And they came up under robsbulls.com.  Even with the same caption as on her facebook page under the photo.  My puppy was scheduled to be shipped 3 weeks later even though when i purchased him he was "ready to go".  While I felt I had been scammed and their was no puppy coming after being ignored, seeing her photos pop up on another website of past "customers". I called my credit card company to file fraud on CNNIC.  They told me to wait till delivery day to be sure I had been scammed.  Sure enough delivery day came and 1 hour before dog was to get on the plane like so many others I got the call.  Puppy cant be shipped as he has "loose stools" and wouldnt be coming. After I purchased my puppy I see him put up a week later on puppyfind and multiple other sites with a different birthday then I was given.  Its all a scam there is no puppy coming!!  I asked for a current photo of the puppy a week before delivery and was told "im not where the puppies are right now" and cant take a picture one never came.  I asked to be emailed a copy of the vet cert 2 days before shipping the puppy that never existed.  And that never came either.  I was lucky I filed a complaint with my credit card company  Michelle did say she refunded my money to my credit card company as well but it hasnt came through to date.  I did file fraud with my credit card company they are investigating.  

Please do yourself a favor google images on any site offering puppies for sale, ask for a photo with the days newspaper beside the puppy.  If there is no real address and they dont answer your questions. Or seem hard to get ahold of please steer clear its probobly a scam.  Save you and your family the heartache and disappointment.

I do not know who has whos photos nor who they belong to.  I was simply stating some of them are on another website.  I was unaware that she had 50 breeders while I do not know the inner workings of her business.  While Michelle did state that she issued a refund to date I still have not received it.

A. When you sell a puppy regardless of how many sites that puppy is on that puppy should be removed from the websites because he is no longer available.  But a week later he was updates on one of those websites.

 

B. Since you work with so many "breeders" there should be plenty of people available to take calls.

 

C.  If you were a legit breeder or 3rd party seller may I see your license to sell puppies?

 

D.  If you were not a scam then you would be transparent about your information.  I shouldnt have had to pay a 3rd party to get your address.

 

E. Your amo if to call everybody a liar who files a complaint about you.  Not sure why you feel the need to lie?  Just be honest your as phony as a 3.00 dollar bill.

 

F.  You should be able to provide a buyer an updated photo of the puppy they just paid you over a thousand dollars for.

 

G.  In truth is costs $189.00 to ship a puppy,  not 400.00 on your puppyfind page it says the charge is 195.00 you cant even keep your own crap straight.

 

H. It took 2 minutes to take my money yet 13 days later what do you know im still waiting for my refund to show up in my credit card account.

 

I.  I got a pupy no thanks to you from a reputable breeder one where the dog actually existed.  

 

J.  LOL your contract show me my signature once in that contract??  You put my name your writing not mine.  Show me one place where you have my actual signature??  I clicked a few times and it put my initials and name on it in YOUR signature.   Tell me if that is what a legit business does?  So no I did not sign a contract but You did for me.

 

K. Just refund my money!!! Stop jerking me around.

 First, there is no name for the person who wrote the review, which makes it difficult for me to properly address the issue. The person who wrote the review is clearly writing false statements. We work with 50 other breeders. "Facebook" is not our only advertising source, like any other company that has been in business for 20 years. So when you see the puppy advertised in other sites look it up, it is the same person listing the puppy or one of our partners. When you advertise your items for sale you may use the newspaper, online sources, local sources, this doesn't mean you're a "scam". When you agree to SHIP a live animal, like this person has done, you agree to OUR terms and conditions. She says there are "so many others" on the BBB however those are mostly customers who HAVE received puppies and want above and beyond what the health guarantee entitles you to have, since it is common no one follows the contract, just like the author of this article. If she is waiting 3 weeks for delivery, it means she received FREE shipping, which means 3-4 week waiting period since it is FREE and they're not getting charged the $400 so we can commercialize the shipment and add in 1 more customer. The DAY-OF shipping, the puppies see the vet and are transported 4 hours to the vet, then the airport 20min away from there! It is at that time we analyze 1/1 each puppy to make sure they travel properly and the puppy has no issues getting on 2 airplanes to make it home. It is obvious the person who wrote the above article did not care at all for the puppy and simply getting the animal to them was all they cared about. These puppies are 8 weeks old not 8 months old. They can risk so many things in flight and for those reasons we make sure they're OK to travel. This is what you sign up for when you agree to SHIP a live animal, look at your contract. If you did not like the circumstances then you should've never agreed to ship one, this requires the maturity level of an adult and a caring person who actually cares about the animal. Lastly, we have a rep who answers the phone M-S and Sunday's as well. We have an abundance of customers and she can only handle 1 call at a time. In addition to that, it "states" you're in CA which if that truly is the case we are in FL which is 3 hours ahead. We will not be taking calls after a certain time. 1 call every 3 days from you is not an effort to get in contact with us. We wish you luck in your search and hope your next breeder can accomplish all your goals!
