I started going to coast dental last year for my orthodontic care. I got my braces on after oaying a grand up front. Then a year later they got a new orthodontist the old one left so the plan with the original dr was lost when a new dr took ovet.

I got a couple of payments behind and called the finance company to pay they gave me the run around and told me to contact the dental office to pay them.  I did and I told them I wanted to pay my behind balance.  They took the total that was still owed on the braces instead.  $3318 to be exact.  I told them they made a mistake and the lady argued with me as if I was stupid.  Telling me she couldn't stop the payment and that it needed to be paid anyway. 

I still had a year left of payments!  Its not fair I have to pay it all after I agreed to a monthly payment plan. So I had no choice but to call their cooperate office in Tampa who never answers the phone but heard my voicemail.  They then instructed that office to return my thousands but it would take 5 to 10 days. 

Then I spoke to the orthodontic manager Asia and she was mad because I called cooperate and shr got in a little trouble.  She should of its thousands of dollars difference she took. And sge then informed me that if I didn't pay the amoint she took and was made to return i couldn't come back.

 So here I am with a mouth full of braces put on by this office and I can't come back? I was forced to find a new orthodontist willing to take over there work. Then my new orthodontist said all my brackets were placed wrong took my braces off and put his on so they were right. Now coast dental says I owe them the rremaining balance still.. no!! It was a 2 year aggreement I had a year done I dudnt get that ladt year so why am I billed for it? I never got my retainers thet are included in the price but I'm billed for that tio. I put a grand down and made payments but thwy never adjusted the bill.

 I would never ever recomend this office!  They bill for services they havnt done and the office staff is incredibly rude.
