Tom Cramer called regarding a debt collection for my wife When I asked him for the account number as well as the amount he became very rude with obscene verbal comments and threats, ethnic slurs and foul language very degrading and unprofessional I asked to speak to his boss and I was told I would have to hold cause he was talking to another dipsh-t like me, when he finally got on the line he was just as rude and said Tom had every right to speak to a deadbeat that way the debt in reference is over 8 yrs old. He threatned to pull my credit 4 times a day to "ruin me" In his words. This company has to be stopped immediatly!

Check this website www.budhibbs.com . Look under his list of Collection Agencies to avoid, you'll see your friend Mr. Cramer featured rather prominately. Lotsa good suggestions on the website, but if I were you I would tell them next time they call that you are taping the entire conversation. The website listed above can provide you with helpfull information as to how to get these people off your back, and what to do if they don't stop. There are laws. Even if you owe the money, you have a right to be treated with dignity and respect. A lot of these bill collectors operate outside the law because people don't know what laws are in place to defend them. Learn how to defend yourself. Good Luck!!
